• Delivery Data: Delivery street address, flat/room number, hostel/building name, landmark, PIN code, and specific delivery instructions.
• Transaction Data: Subscriptions purchased, meal entitlement history, payment status, transaction reference IDs, and applied coupon codes.
• Customer Communications: Support inquiries, meal feedback ratings, delivery notes, and grievance submissions.
• Technical Data: Device browser type, IP address, and essential session identifiers required to maintain secure login.

Your data is processed strictly for the following operational and lawful purposes:

1. Creating and managing your user account and subscription entitlements.
2. Fulfilling daily lunch and dinner meal preparations in our centralized kitchen.

momiq does NOT collect, view, or store raw debit/credit card numbers, expiry dates, CVVs, or internet banking passwords. All payments are processed securely through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (such as Razorpay) complying with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers. Personal data is shared only with trusted operational service providers who are bound by confidentiality obligations:

• Delivery Personnel: Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared solely for the purpose of meal handover.
• Cloud & Database Hosting: Secure cloud database providers (Supabase) operating certified data storage infrastructure.
• Payment Processors: Authorized payment aggregators to verify transaction settlements.
• Statutory Authorities: If required by a valid legal subpoena, court order, or applicable law enforcement inquiry in India.

We retain your personal data for the duration of your active subscription and as reasonably necessary to comply with financial auditing, taxation, and statutory record-keeping obligations under Indian law (typically up to 7 years for financial transaction records).

We employ industry-standard technical measures including encrypted HTTPS communication, PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring users cannot access other accounts' data, and restricted operational staff access controls.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access: You can view your account profile, delivery addresses, and past order history anytime in the app.
• Right to Correction: You can update inaccurate delivery addresses or contact details through your account profile.
